The 2nd Amendment Responsibility Project exists to make that work visible, organized, and self-reinforcing with every generation.
Founding Chapter

This is not a finished organization with a fixed hierarchy. It is a founding chapter. The early members who join now will help define the standards, refine the voice, and build the culture that future members inherit. If you believe responsibility is the durable defense of the Second Amendment, your voice belongs in the room.

We Are
- A culture of responsibility - defined, lived, and reinforced by those who already practice it.
- A movement by responsible American gun owners.
- A standard-setting body defining what responsible ownership looks like in practice.
- A curated community built on safety, competence, maturity, and civic duty.
- A voice for the responsible majority - the broad center that already lives this every day.
We Are Not
- A political lobby. We do not endorse candidates or chase legislation.
- Trolls or bullies. We do not exist to argue, harass, shout, or demean other viewpoints.
- An open forum. Membership is selective. Standards are non-negotiable.
- A platform for extremism, recklessness, or bravado. Those are the very things we exist to overcome.
